Works4U is an employment support programme for local residents in Birmingham and the West Midlands, designed to provide opportunities to upskill, overcome personal challenges, move into work and gain qualifications.
The programme provides wrap-around support to help you find the right opportunity for you, while breaking down any barriers that could be holding you back from finding work.
As part of this employment support, you’ll have the opportunity to gain a Level 1 Essential Digital Skills qualification to boost your CV, as well as giving you key employability skills to help you find full-time employment.
You’ll also receive up to 72 hours of wrap-around support provided by a dedicated keyworker, who will work with you to provide all the help and assistance you need.
We recognise that your journey and needs are unique to you, and we tailor the support required to you as an individual.

ELIGIBILITY
- Aged 19+
- Live in Birmingham or the West Midlands
- Earning less than £30k annually
