Throughout October, The B2W Group will be hosting a range of activities and events for staff and learners to promote wellness in all aspects of their lives, especially in the workplace.

We want to promote the importance of wellbeing both mentally and physically by introducing a range of activities within the workplace. The aim of this is to make staff and learners feel more motivated and to reduce stress. As a company, we want to do all we can to support and encourage people to open up and find the correct services to help them manage their personal wellbeing.

#HelloYellow Charity Event

On Thursday 10th October we will be having a dress down day to raise money for YoungMinds. We want everyone in your office to wear yellow and donate £2. Whether you choose a subtle splash of colour or dress like sunshine from head-to-toe, together we can show people they’re not alone with their mental health.

Stress & Wellbeing Workshop

On Friday 11th October we have a CBT therapist coming to our Manchester office to provide information and insight covering symptoms and triggers of stress, Cogitative Behavioural Techniques and the 5 ways to wellbeing. This has been funded through Self Help Services.

Wellness Walks

Every Wednesday we will be encouraging everyone (staff and learners!) to take a proper break from their desk at lunchtime and go for a brisk 30-minute walk. Getting some fresh air and a bit of exercise will improve both your mental and physical health.

Fruit Fridays

Every Friday there will be a selection of fruits and healthy breakfast options in our offices to promote the benefits of a healthy diet.

We hope that you’re looking forward to everything that The B2W Group are doing throughout October for our staff and learners to get involved in and encourage nothing but positivity and honesty in everything we do. We will be ending the month with a special Halloween event including pumpkin carving competitions and a fancy dress competition!
