In 2019, The B2W Group saw great growth, leading to an increase in employees and learners across each of our divisions. As well as this, we have achieved many of our goals and objectives that we had set for 2019, including:

Reasonable Progress

The B2W Group received our Ofsted monitoring visit, which we received reasonable progress in all areas.

Scaled our Distance Learning

We grew our distance learning, introducing a range of new online-based learning qualifications and the team behind them. This allowed us to meet the employer and learner demand.

Introduced PAT Programmes

One of our great achievements of 2019 was the successful introduction of our pre-apprenticeship training qualification ‘Introduction to Digital Technologies’, which has already helped a great number of people to ready themselves for their future careers in digital.

Kept up With Demand

The B2W Group has realigned our products and services to meet the changing demand in each industry, including warehousing and storage, digital skills, security, and health and social care.  We’re also complimenting the high demand for construction and infrastructure skills through our pre-employment construction training courses. All of these courses are linked to employment and progression opportunities.

Our Focus for 2020

The B2W Group always want to ensure we provide the best experience for our learners and position ourselves as a training provider of choice. This year, we are focusing on the following:

Continue driving quality improvements

In 2019 we focused on the quality of our qualifications across all of our departments. We listened to our learner and employer feedback and implemented improvements. In 2020, we want to continue to drive improvements.

Progressions

The B2W Group want to expand our progression opportunities available to our learners. We have already seen the success of this with the introduction to our pre-apprenticeship training course which has allowed learners to ready themselves for a career in digital and progress onto our level 3 digital marketer apprenticeship.

Employee engagement and employee wellbeing

We also understand the value of our hardworking employees. We have been working with staff to better understand their needs in the workplace. As part of our visions and values, we also aim for continuous improvement and personal development of individuals and provide opportunities for this for their future success. This year, we are going to focus on making further improvements and positioning ourselves as an employer of choice.

The Future of The B2W Group

We continue to be confident in the future of The B2W Group as we offer quality training and have adapted to changes within the education sector to meet the needs of learners and employers.

We would like to thank our dedicated employees for their work in 2019 and for their continued support into 2020.
