The Customer Services unit will provide learners with an understanding of the importance of good customer service within the facilities industry and help them to aspire to deliver professional services within the facilities industry.
The qualification is assessed through a portfolio of evidence which is put together through the course. Learners must demonstrate their understanding of how to deal with various situations in a safe and professional manner throughout a 3-5 day course.
