The funded Digital Promotion for Business qualification will help you to develop an understanding of how to promote a business in the digital age. It is a useful course for promoting a business or as a foundation for further learning in subjects such Marketing, Business and ICT. It comprises 13 optional units, 8 of which you must complete in order to achieve the certificate.

This qualification is sized between 150 and 160 guided learning hours. During this time you can expect to be involved in formal learning activities, projects, presentations and practical work.

Improve your presence on social media platforms by exploring the different characteristics of audiences and effectively engaging with your target audience.

Explore and plan the different stages of an email campaign, selecting the appropriate tools and techniques to engage with your audience.

Data Protection

Outline what should be included in a Data Protection Policy and assess a range of GDPR issues relating to digital marketing.

Measure Your Success

Learn the importance of measuring success and ways in which you can measure the success of your digital marketing campaign.

Manage Your Reputation

Monitor online content including social media and forums and understand the impact of negative and positive comments from users and how to deal with them appropriately.
