The B2W Group host an end-of-year business update which all of our employees attend to review the past year and understand our goals and objectives for the year ahead. This allows for each department to get a better understanding of other parts of the business and to see what changes have been put into place.

During the update, we also include our yearly awards ceremony, which recognises our employees hard work. We have a range of awards, including the newly introduced ‘People’s Champion Awards’, which allows employees to nominate someone they believe has gone above and beyond during that year.

And of course, we couldn’t end the year without giving an award to our favourite employee – our therapy dog and company mascot, Lenny!

Lenny won an award for ‘Keeping the Cleaner in a Job’, as many days he is busy chewing up cardboard. We think he’s just trying to help with recycling.
