Employee of the Month - March: Lorraine Hill

A huge congratulations to our Employee of the Month for March – Lorraine Hill!

Lorraine is one of our pre-employment training tutors at Back2Work Complete Training, and picked up our Employee of the Month award for March after receiving several nominations from her colleagues for displaying our company value of ‘People First’.

The news was announced as part of our Super Wednesday initiative at the end of the month, where Lorraine was announced as our winner after receiving the following feedback in her nominations:

I've had the pleasure to work with Lorraine a few times since Christmas. She is so professional in everything that she undertakes and is a pleasure to work with.

More importantly, she always puts her learners first, whether she's teaching or assessing. Lorraine gives encouraging feedback to learners, motivating them to achieve.

Nothing is too much trouble where learners are concerned, and Lorraine has a genuine desire for all the learners to achieve. She will also go above and beyond to help any colleagues who need that little bit of extra support.

Lorraine works tirelessly to support her learners. She always provides brilliant lessons and also supports her colleagues in the team, always there for advice, always reliable and willing to share her knowledge and experience and literally does go the extra mile.

If any of the team are partnered with her as our support tutor, we know that our job has just been made easier.
