2023: Our year in Numbers

It’s been quite a year for all of us at The B2W Group. Not only have we become one of the fastest growing IT/tech skills providers in the country, but we’ve also become the largest pre-employment training provider in England.

However, at the heart of everything we do and the achievements we’ve gained, is our learners.

This year, The B2W Group has supported more learners than ever before, with a healthy majority going on to secure full-time employment after completing their learning journey with us.

In this short blog, we look back at both the achievements of our learners and what we’ve done internally, in what has been both a successful and enjoyable 2023.

Our Learners In 2023

We’re extremely proud to have helped over 17,000 learners this year to upskill and gain new qualifications on their journey back to full-time employment and progress in their careers.

We were also recognised as Skills Training Provider of the Year at the Education Investor Awards this year because of this, and we hope to continue this type of performance in 2024.

Our Performance & Internal Highlights

We also take great pride in being a great place to work and providing our staff with opportunities to progress, develop their own skills and achieve career progression, with over 3,000 hours of continued professional development (CPD) completed by our staff.

We’ve also donated a record amount to both local and national causes, including a £10k donation from our staff to homelessness charity, Crisis.

Our Group CEO, Luke Muscat, took some time to reflect on our achievements and overall record in 2023 and said;

"It's great at this time of year to look back and reflect on numbers like these. It makes you realise just what an impact we're having as a collective on empowering people, helping to change their lives and develop their careers.

"There's been some really epic achievements across the whole group in 2023.

"It's easy to get bogged down in our day-to-day tasks and challenges and not realise just what's going on in terms of the bigger picture.

"A massive thank you goes out to each of our staff and a huge congratulations to all of our learners who have completed courses with us this year and moved into employment."

The B2W Group has a fresh approach to transforming businesses by up-skilling their current staff or bringing an apprentice into the business to add a dynamic and dedicated individual to the team. All of our courses are available through various streams of government funding so are a cost-effective way to provide high-quality training within the workplace.
