Our Digital Bytesize course has just re-launched, with new qualifications and three different learner pathways for you to choose from to kickstart your digital career.
But what exactly is Digital Bytesize and what does the course involve?

Digital Bytesize provides you with new digital, creative and IT skills to help you enter the world of digital. The course is fully funded and provides all those who complete the five-week course with industry recognised Level 2 and Level 1 qualifications.
The Digital Bytesize course has been split into three pathways so you can decide which aspects of digital you’re most interested in pursuing as a career. Whether it’s creative skills such as games development and website design, or the technology and security side of things, we have a digital pathway suitable for you.
The three pathways are as follows:
The Digital Technologies pathway is for those with an interest in digital and IT, and will provide you with industry standard and valuable digital, design and development skills.
After completing the five-week course, you’ll receive three industry accredited Level 2 qualifications:
The Creative Skills pathway is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of creative web design, with an introduction to the digital sector and a particular focus on website creation and games development.
After completing the course, you’ll receive three industry recognised qualifications:
The Digital & IT Skills pathway is designed for those who have an interest in or seeking a career in Cybersecurity, Software Development or Digital and IT Technical Support.
On course completion, you’ll receive an industry recognised Level 2 Award in Digital & IT Skills.
The Digital Bytesize Course is fully funded for those who are aged 19+, currently unemployed and not receiving any other government funded education.
There are many beneifts to enrolling on the Digital Bytesize course, including:
No – the Digital Bytesize course is delivered entirely online via a virtual classroom. You’ll just need access to a laptop or PC with a strong internet connection in order to complete the course.
After you apply for your chosen course, a member of our enrolment team will contact you to discuss your career goals in more detail, and explain how the Digital Bytesize course is delivered. They will also be able to discuss start dates and answer any questions you may have about the technology involved.
On completion of the course, you’ll receive up to three industry recognised qualifications that demonstrate your new digital skills, boosting your CV and overall job prospects.
You’ll also receive support to access further learning opportunities at B2W. This could include a skills bootcamp, a Level 3 training course in Social Media for E-Commerce or Networking & Cybersecurity, or progression into employment.
Each of our fully funded Digital Bytesize pathways offer Level 2 and Level 1 qualifications on course completion, boosting your CV and job prospects.
