What qualifications will I achieve?

Your choice of pathway will determine the exact qualifications on offer, based on your subjects of interest and career aspirations.

However, each pathway provides qualifications ranging from Level 1 Awards (Entry Level) through to Level 3 Certificates (Higher Level Skills) and beyond.

Where are the courses delivered?

Each course on your chosen pathway is delivered 100% online via a virtual classroom, so there’s no need to travel to a training centre or spend time away from home.

What if I don’t have any experience using a Laptop?

No problem! Rise 2 Digital was designed to provide a full learning journey to take you from Entry level to an Advanced course on your chosen pathway, at no cost to you.

After an initial skills assessment with one of our expert career advisors, we will be able to quickly determine your ideal starting point on the programme.

What if I already know some aspects of digital, but want to gain more experience in a certain area?

This is also what Rise 2 Digital was designed for! After you’ve applied, one of our expert career advisors will get in touch to find out more about you, your career goals, and your current digital skillset.

This will help us determine whether you should start at our Entry Level, or move straight to our Intermediate, Higher or Advanced levels of learning in your chosen subject.

How long does the whole programme last for?

This all depends on your current digital skillset, which we’ll see from your initial skills assessment after you’ve applied.

One of our expert career advisors we’ll then suggest your ideal starting point based on your existing knowledge and digital skills, and will advise how long your chosen pathway will take to complete.

Do I need to complete every unit from Level 1 through to Level 4?

No – once we’ve established your current skillset, we’ll suggest the best starting point for you.

This may be at our Entry level to introduce you to digital devices and how to use them to complete various tasks, or at our Intermediate, Higher or Advanced level, based on your existing digital skills and experience.

What if I have other commitments, such as childcare, school drop-offs or medical appointments?

This is absolutely fine! All we ask from the outset is that you tell your tutor when any appointments are due to take place, or what your childcare commitments are, so that they can plan to bring you up to speed on any course content you may miss out on while attending appointments etc.

What happens once I've completed my learning?

Once you’ve completed your first level of study, you will be issued with industry-accredited qualifications that recognise the new skills and knowledge you have gained.

You will also be eligible to progress to the next stage of learning on your chosen pathway.

For example, if you start at our Intermediate level, and go on to successfully complete this and gain the Level 2 Awards available, you can then move on to our Higher level and gain a Level 3 certificate.
