Our Digital and IT Skills Bootcamps are delivered by Just IT via the Tech Accelerator programme, which covers individual Software, Data and IT Tech pathways.

The Tech Accelerator programme has been designed for you to access candidates that are aligned to your junior or entry level hiring needs, with an established community of employers that have helped shape a “best in class” curriculum with a highly successful track record of success.

How do Skills Bootcamps benefit my business?

We offer a range of fully funded Skills Bootcamps across digital, IT, HR and green skills which provide a great opportunity for your business to:

  • Recruit new talent and upskill existing staff with the skills and training they need.
  • Boost productivity by bringing in motivated talent with fresh perspectives and ideas.
  • Reduce the costs normally associated with traditional recruitment processes.

What does it cost?

There is no cost to your business for recruiting candidates that have completed Skills Bootcamps. If you wish to upskill an existing employee via a Skills Bootcamp, there is a training cost contribution of 10% (business with 1-249 employees) or 30% (250 or more employees).

What are my responsibilities?

As part of your responsibilities as the employer, you will need to provide a:

  • Guaranteed interview within the Skills Bootcamp scheme.
  • Safe working environment.
  • Formal induction covering your key policies and procedures.
  • Line Manager to guide and mentor the student.
