Our HR apprenticeships provide a cost-effective solution to bringing in fresh talent to your workforce. We offer HR, Learning & Development and Coaching apprenticeships from Level 3 through to Level 7 (masters degree level), and they range from entry level to expert, so there is something here for everyone, no matter what level of candidate you’re looking to add.

Intermediate HR apprenticeships (Level 3)

HR Support

Your apprentice will learn valuable skills in service delivery, personal development, problem solving, process improvement and managing HR information.

Learning & Development Practitioner

Your apprentice will learn how to identify and analyse learning leads, develop materials to support learning, as well as improve their communication and coaching skills and stakeholder management.

Recruitment Consultant

Your apprentice will learn how to source suitable vacancies, manage and develop client relationships, identify and convert sales leads, obtain business opportunities, as well as recruitment best practice.

People Professional

Your apprentice will learn about stakeholder management, how to communicate information effectively, as well as finance and prioritisation to gain a CIPD qualification.

Learning & Development Consultant Partner

Your apprentice will learn how to analyse data and potential cost savings, stakeholder management and learning/training delivery.

Coaching Professional

Your apprentice will learn about time management, setting clear goals, communication skills, visualisation techniques and stakeholder management.
