Employee of the Month - June: Chloe Haywood

A huge congratulations to our Employee of the Month for June – Chloe Haywood!

Chloe is one of our Compliance Administrators at The B2W Group, who supports our progressions and other divisions throughout the group with learner queries regarding certificates and qualifications, as well as responding to any claims or questions surrounding our internal quality assurance.

She picked up our Employee of the Month award for June after receiving several nominations from her colleagues for displaying our company value of ‘People First’.

The news was announced at the end of the month, where Chloe was revealed as our winner after receiving multiple nominations from her colleagues. Here’s just some of the feedback she received in her nominations:

Chloe has been a great support over the last few months in helping with IQA claiming and helping the team. Whenever I ask her to help or support with getting things processed, she has stepped up and helped me.

Chloe also supports other members of the team with any queries that come in from our learners. She has been a big asset to me and the wider team.

She has been a great help to the progressions team with certificate queries and has kept the team and the learners updated on any delays.

For example, a learner had a job to start and needed their certificate to show their new employer. The query was sent to Chloe and she found the certificate in question and sent it straight to the learner, resulting in the learner starting work. Thank you Chloe for your support!

Chloe supports us with obtaining certificates, especially for CSCS ones that need them for the cards. She is very quick at getting these for us.
