A huge congratulations to our Employee of the Month for April – Jay Cooper!

Jay is one of our recruitment consultants within our HR team at The B2W Group, and picked up our Employee of the Month award for April after receiving several nominations from his colleagues for displaying our company value of ‘People First’.

The news was announced as part of our Super Wednesday initiative at the end of the month, where Jay was announced as our winner after receiving the following feedback in her nominations:

Jay undertook an ambitious target, from contract to offer ensuring that we got our new Group Sales division off to a great start. His proactive can-do approach was key in doing something we have never achieved before. His positive can-do approach was hugely appreciated.

Jay's positive attitude is always welcomed. Whilst I have not always worked with Jay closely, I always appreciate his positivity, whether that is through email or when he is in the office. It is refreshing, thank you Jay!

He has been very helpful since I started at The B2W group. Not only this, but he always has a positive attitude and gives off a very friendly helpful vibe while in the office.
