This month at The B2W Group we’re shining a spotlight on our CMI Distance Learning courses.
The Chartered Management Institute (CMI) is the only organisation that can offer the Chartered Managers status. Not only do CMI qualifications put you leagues ahead of competitors in the job market, but the correct application of the skills acquired through our Distance Learning courses could ripple outwards into other areas of life – which could prove indispensable to maintaining positivity during the difficult time we’re experiencing.
Our CMI deliveries offer a natural progression from Level 2 (aspiring or new manager) all the way to Level 4 (established senior manager). There’s something for everyone!

Level 2 Team Leading
This qualification is designed for any current or aspiring team leaders; to support the development of your skills in leading a team, making sure that team’s work achieves organisational objectives, and contributing to planning, problem solving and decision making.
Level 3 Management & Leadership
This qualification is aimed at either practising or aspiring managers who supervise or manage a team. You will set and monitor goals and objectives by providing instruction, direction and guidance. The units in the course are designed to help increase your team’s productivity, and your own coherence within you work team.
Level 3 Coaching & Mentoring
The Level 3 Qualification in Coaching and Mentoring is designed for aspiring and practicing supervisors and first-line managers, to support the development of coaching and mentoring skills and techniques of individuals and teams, alongside working to achieve organisational objectives.
Level 4 Management & Leadership
This qualification, designed for practising or aspiring middle managers, helps to grow professional management skills including decision-making, managing team dynamics and delegation capability.
Upon completing the Certificate and Diploma qualifications learners will be awarded Foundation Chartered Manager Status. Putting aspiring and early-career managers on a guided development pathway to becoming a fully-fledged Chartered Manager.

Our funding from the WMCA and the Education & Skills Funding Agency allows us to offer free CMI courses & recognised qualifications to people and businesses in the West Midlands. Following the initial induction, learners will be invited to attend our masterclass sessions. These short online sessions are delivered by one of our expert tutors and designed to provide learners with an intensive boost of knowledge and skills – Delivered by our expert tutors, our CMI courses are completed via our online learning platform which contains all relevant materials. You will also receive Chartered Manager status.
