Every year, The B2W Group would host an end-of-year business update for all of our employees to attend to review the past year and understand our goals and objectives of the year ahead This allows for each department to get a better understanding of other parts of the business and to see what changes have been put into place. Due to the on-going pandemic this year we have published this as a video from our directors to ensure we are still keeping everyone up to date company-wide.
During the update, we also include our yearly awards ceremony, which recognises our employees hard work. This year we hosted this as an event through Microsoft Teams and whilst it was different compared to previous years, it was a great opportunity to virtually get the entire team together to celebrate the hard work everyone has done.
