Commitment to Net Zero

Not only are we a green energy skills training provider (ECTA training) to help upskill existing gas engineers with skills in renewables, but we’re also fully committed to reducing our own carbon emissions. We have a dedicated Carbon Reduction Plan in place, which is reviewed annually.

Our History

Founded in 2011, The B2W Group now consists of Back2Work Complete Training, Just IT, BePro, and ECTA Training.

Together, we have trained and supported tens of thousands of people each year, making a positive difference in people’s lives and in our local communities.

We provide forward-thinking recruitment and training solutions made available through various streams of Government funding, whilst constantly striving to bring positive, measurable change to both the communities in which we operate and to the people within them.
