OVERVIEW

Our Level 4 CMI Management and Leadership qualification is a more extensive route, giving you a broader knowledge of the skills needed to be an effective manager, while focusing on the specific leadership areas appropriate to you and your workplace.

You will develop personal management capabilities, make effective use of information in decision-making, operations and the development of the skills in managing people.

Upon completing the qualification you will be awarded Foundation Chartered Manager Status. Putting managers and leaders on a guided development pathway to becoming a fully-fledged Chartered Manager.
