Throughout the month, we encourage employees at The B2W Group to nominate others within the business that they believe have stood out and have shown exceptional work. We find it especially important to praise each other, now more than ever as even though we’re not in the office seeing each other, it’s important to still show each other appreciation!
This month the whole team has worked consistently hard at B2W, and we have two employees of the month to announce!
Jenn Quinn & Hattie Koppel!
Jenn and Hattie both work in our marketing team and have been praised for demonstrating an incredible spirit and dedication during the difficult lockdown period, always looking for ways to share positive stories and to celebrate the outstanding work that we are doing.
Both have adapted well to flexible working whilst maintaining the highest quality of all work undertaken.
Jenn has spearheaded the company quiz and been fundamental in designing and reworking course materials so that we could deliver digitally, alongside supporting the quality team with safeguarding updates and other preparations.
Hattie was fundamental in supporting our transformation to paperless working with the Adobe Sign project which has enabled us to continue to operate and become more efficient.
