We’d like to announce our February Employee of the Month – Cathy Taylor!
Cathy is one of our hardworking employability Tutors and has been praised for going that extra mile and putting our learners first.

Cathy has received several nominations throughout the month to praise her teaching and learning methods and the support she offers learners even when it’s out of hours. Cathy has a high pass rate and will do what she can to help learners through the course despite any issues they are having in their personal life. Alongside several nominations from staff members, Cathy’s teaching style is regularly praised in Google reviews we receive from learners.
We want to thank Cathy for being a great tutor and being able to deliver a fantastic learning experience for everyone that does a programme with us. It’s an honour to have her as a member of The B2W Group team!
