Back2Work Complete Training | Morson Training

This fully funded Advanced Protecting Workers On Track (PWT) Skills Bootcamp is delivered by Morson Training on behalf of Back2Work Complete Training as part of The B2W Group.

It’s designed for existing London Underground PWT workers to upskill by gaining the tools and skills needed to become competent and effective supervisors of London Underground engineering worksites and teams.

Course Content

This Level 3 Skills Bootcamp is fully funded for existing London Underground PWT workers. 

The course runs for 2 weeks full-time and covers the following modules:

  • Manual handling and working at heights
  • Digital skills in the workplace
  • Modern slavery
  • Equality, diversity and inclusion
  • Core skills of management of an engineering workforce
  • Communication
  • Management for wellbeing
  • Conflict management
  • Decision making
  • Emotional intelligence

Following completion of the bootcamp, learners could apply for job roles such as:

  • Advanced PWT-EH
  • Engineering Supervisor
  • Site Supervisor
