Principles of Care Planning


The purpose of the qualification is to develop learners’ knowledge and understanding of care planning including person-centred thinking, planning and review, how to work with individuals to carry out activities and the promotion of health and well-being.

This distance learning qualification is fully funded and comes at no cost to the employee or employer.
