An apprenticeship offers a real job that comes hand-in-hand with training. The training that is supplied is specific to the job role and provides a qualification upon successful completion.
Apprenticeships vary in length, usually around 12-18 months. During the programme, learners will receive 20% off-the-job training.
Off-the-job training is required for the learner to gain their qualification. It consists of time spent during working hours and in a learning environment with our Tutors and Skills Coaches.
It is a great alternative to both college and university and appeals to future employers due to the experience your child will have received.
