The B2W Group celebrate the core values of respect, caring, ownership, open and honest, bold and kaizen. These are the values that create a safe and effective working environment for our employees and learners.

Our core value, ownership, promotes responsibility and accountability.

Recently, The B2W Group made the Green Growth Pledge to reduce our environmental impact and enhance our green credentials.

Green Growth Pledges are a range of actions that will help improve your environmental impact. These pledges can be simple steps to big changes. These come with benefits such as improving resource efficiency and being more cost-effective through less use of materials and reducing waste.

The B2W Group wants to promote a greener environment, and in recent years it’s now more important than ever to ensure we are saving our planet and protecting our future.

We are taking steps to contribute to this, and here are some of the recent and upcoming changes we are making:

Reusable cups and water bottles

We are in the process of changing our cups to reusable cups and water bottles. We will provide all of our employees with their own cups to cut down on waste.

Reducing the use of paper

We are reducing the amount of paper we use, and using every opportunity we can to instead use an online experience. This includes interactive online forms and sending out digital copies of materials instead of physical copies.

Introducing Adobe Classroom

The B2W Group will be introducing Adobe Connect, which will allow us to connect to a virtual classroom with our learners, reducing the amount of paper we are using and eliminating some travel for our learners

Online Learning

The B2W Group is expanding on our distance learning qualifications, which allows users to complete courses using their computer or laptop. This means that learning resources and tests will be viewed and completed online and we can reduce materials and resource costs.

It doesn’t stop there – we are continuously looking for more ways to improve and we will be putting plans into place that can help us to become greener in the future.
